Raven Campbell, LLMSW

Taking the step to begin therapy is not easy, but it is a brave and important choice.

If you’ve found yourself here, you may be carrying the weight of trauma, PTSD, or complex trauma. Maybe you feel like you’re always “on,” unable to rest, and unsure when you’ll feel safe or whole again. I want you to know: you’re not alone, and healing is possible.

Who I Work With

I specialize in working with girls and women ages 15 and up who feel stuck in survival mode—exhausted from overthinking, struggling to trust their bodies, or uncertain how to move forward. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking relief from the effects of trauma, as well as support in reclaiming their sense of safety, self-trust, and confidence.

What We Can Work On Together

Trauma often reshapes how we see ourselves and the world. It can show up as anxiety, numbness, relationship struggles, or patterns that feel impossible to break. In our work together, we will explore the roots of your pain and begin to release what’s been holding you back. We’ll also focus on building practical skills, like managing triggers, regulating emotions, and practicing self-compassion. We’ll work on helping you feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life.

My Approach: Safety, Compassion, and Collaboration

I believe your healing journey should be as unique as your story. Therapy with me includes gently challenging old thought patterns, learning ways to manage overwhelming emotions, and finding new ways to respond to challenges. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can bring all parts of yourself, even those that feel too heavy to share elsewhere.

You are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with safety, compassion, and support, so you can move toward a life where you feel not only healed from the past, but also free to live fully in the present.

A Bit About Me

I began my professional journey by earning my Master of Social Work at Arizona State University, where I trained in social work providing individual, couples, and family therapy. My early work gave me a strong foundation in client-centered work, and over time, I found myself drawn more deeply into the field of trauma therapy.

I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and identity-related concerns, but my greatest passion is helping clients navigate the effects of trauma, PTSD, and complex trauma. This work allows me to hold space for clients’ deepest pain while also witnessing their resilience and growth.

I continue to expand my skills through training in trauma-focused therapies, including EMDR and mindfulness-based approaches, so that I can bring clients both compassion and effective tools for healing.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking new recipes, and studying astrology. I also love being in nature and finding small ways to slow down – a reminder I often share with my clients who are learning to create more rest and balance in their own lives.
